A MEMÓRIA ESCOLAR NA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA: UM ESTUDO DE CASO
A preservação e a valorização dos bens culturais, materiais e imateriais das instituições de ensino, priorizando o aspecto histórico e concreto do tempo, da cultura e das relações sociais, dentro e fora do ambiente escolar, deve ser um dos objetivos das escolas. Partindo desse pressuposto, a Secretaria de Estado da Educação do Paraná emitiu orientação às escolas da rede pública de educação básica, com o objetivo de criar, em cada uma delas, um Centro de Memória. Este artigo analisa o trabalho desenvolvido durante o ano de 2018, para implantação do Centro de Memórias no Colégio Estadual Professor Narciso Mendes – Ensino Fundamental e Médio, localizado em Curitiba. Trata-se de estudo de caso, com apoio em pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Autores como Le Goff e Halbwachs fundamentam as análises contidas no estudo. Como resultado, pode-se afirmar que a criação do memorial escolar trouxe uma contribuição significativa para a reflexão sobre a história da escola nos seus 40 anos de existência.

Abstract:
The preservation and enhancement of cultural, material, and immaterial assets of educational institutions, prioritizing the historical and concrete aspect of time, culture, and social relations inside and outside the school environment should be one of the goals of schools. Based on this assumption, the Paraná State Secretary of Education issued guidance to schools in the public network of basic education, with the objective of creating, in each of them, a Memory Center. This article analyzes the work developed during the year 2018, for the implementation of the Center of Memories at Colégio Estadual Professor Narciso Mendes – Ensino Fundamental e Médio, located in Curitiba. This is a case study, supported by bibliographic and documentary research. Authors such as Le Goff and Halbwachs support the analyzes contained in the study. As a result, it can be said that the creation of the school memorial brought a significant contribution to the reflection on the history of the school in its 40 years of existence.
